Short version: we process your files to do the job, then delete them. We don’t sell data, we don’t track you, and we don’t build profiles. That’s it.
Who we are
notype.pro is an automated tool that extracts technical data from procurement specifications and fills Excel templates using AI. We operate as an independent service with no parent company or affiliates.

What data we collect
When you use the service, we temporarily receive:
- The files you upload (specification and Excel template)
- Your chosen output language
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps
We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information. No registration is required to use the service.
How we use your files
Your uploaded files are used for one purpose only: to process your request. The files are passed to the AI model and then stored temporarily on our servers while the result is being prepared.
We do not read your files manually. We do not use them for training AI models. We do not share them with third parties except as described below.
Third-party services
We use a small number of external services to operate:
- AI processing provider — processes the content of your files to extract and map data.
- Payment processor — handles cryptocurrency transactions. We receive only a payment confirmation, not your wallet details.
- Database provider — stores session metadata (status, timestamps). No file contents are stored there.
- Hosting provider — runs the application infrastructure.
How long we keep your data
Your uploaded files and the generated Excel result are deleted automatically after 24 hours. No manual step required — it happens on a schedule.
If you rated the result 1 or 2 stars, we keep your files for up to 7 days so we can investigate what went wrong. After that, they are deleted the same way.
Session metadata (without file contents) may be kept for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies necessary to keep your session active while you use the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because we don’t track you.
Your rights
Since we don’t hold accounts or personal profiles, there is little to request — but you can always write to us at hello@notype.pro if you have a concern about your data and we’ll respond within 48 hours.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. We won’t notify you by email because we don’t have your email.
